Zielgruppen in gemeinsamer Abstimmung mit den Jobcentern Chemnitz und Zwickau:
Schnittstelle Ausbildung und Arbeit sowie (Wieder)Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt mit und/oder körperlicher Behinderung, Sinnesbehinderung, Sprachbehinderung, psychische Behinderung, Lernbehinderung, sowie Beeinträchtigung aufgrund Suchtproblematik.
Der transnationale Partner vor Ort übernimmt für den Auslandsaufenthalt die Aufgaben der Betreuung und Organisation der Praktika, Übernachtung sowie von kulturellen Aktivitäten. Er fungiert als Ansprechpartner für die Teilnehmer sowie als Mittler zwischen Teilnehmer und Ansprechpartner der Praktikafirmen.
Im Rahmen der drei geplanten Expertenaustausche soll sich in einer Runde von Vertretern aus Jobcentern, Interessenvertretungen, Sozialverbänden wie Arbeitgeberverbänden der transnationalen Partner und des Projektträgers über behindertenpolitische Thematiken verständigt werden. Die Partner wirken aktiv an den Expertenaustauschen auch durch eigene thematische Beiträge mit. Weiterhin sollen relevante gesellschaftliche und politische Kräfte zur Förderung von Beschäftigung, Know-How- Transfer und zur Verbesserung der Chancengleichheit und Integrationsmöglichkeiten für Menschen mit Behinderungen beteiligt werden. Neben den Expertenrunden werden study visits in den Ländern der transnationalen Partner stattfinden, mit Vertretern aus den Jobcentern sowie von unserem strategischen Partner.
