Das Projekt "Move and Work" bietet Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung in vier voneinander unabhängigen Teilprojekten die Möglichkeit, berufspraktische Erfahrungen in EU-Ausland zu sammeln:
1. Teilprojekt: SchulabsolventInnen der LWL-Förderschulen Irisschule, Martin-Luther-King-Schule, Münsterlandschule und Regenbogenschule
2. Teilprojekt: SchulabsolventInnen des Anne-Frank-Berufskollegs
3. Teilprojekt: Arbeitsuchende Erwachsene von den Jobcentern der Stadt Münster und der Kreise Borken und Coesfeld
4. Teilprojekt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Multikulturellen Forum e.V.: Arbeitsuchende Jugendliche und junge Erwachsenen von den Jobcentern der Stadt Hamm und des Kreises Unna
Im Rahmen eines 6- bis 9-wöchigen Aufenthaltes in Schottland bzw. der Türkei werden die Teilnehmenden nicht nur ihre Fach- und Fremdsprachenkompetenz, sondern auch ihre persönlichen und sozialen Fähigkeiten erweitern und damit ihre Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungschancen erhöhen.

Das College ist verantwortlich für die Unterbringung und Verpflegung der Teilnehmenden, die Organisation von Sprachtrainings sowie die Durchführung von Workcamps bzw. die Vermittlung von Praktika.
Die Gemeinde Çankaya ist der größte Stadtteil im Zentrum von Ankara. Die Gemeinde unterstützt das Projekt „Move and Work“ bei der Suche nach geeigneten Praktikumsbetrieben bzw. Einrichtungen der Stadt Ankara.

Move and Work - Learning Pathways for Special Needs
