The project EUREMO is open to person with all kinds of impediments. It is directed at severely disabled person and handicapped, adult people. Priority severely disabled person people with concluded education should take part. Furthermore handicapped people with uncompleted education, with work experience and/or end in a special school are a target group. After the Entrance, preparation, and Initiierungsphasen (partly in the Netherlands) a 4-week stay follows in the Netherlands. The in each case individually agreed occupational field a training period is finished. A qualification occurs through "training on the job". This training period is flanked by detailed individual competence statement and common leisure activities. After the foreign stay occurs the integration phase with the aim of the admission of an activity on the general job market which is prepared during the whole participation time. By already available contacts of the bearers with the partners in the Netherlands and linked up structures on German side job market actors, experts and self-help organisations will work together within the scope of transnational exchange. Dutch experts will report in the German committees about the project, but also about the structures and possibilities in the Netherlands. In addition, the German project partners and other job market actors will carry out study visits with the Dutch partners to remain also on site in the exchange. The lasting deepening of these contacts is favoured by the border nearness. The transnational partner from the Netherlands is "Activa", a commercial consultation organisation. Activa exerts itself for the company and care and Integartion of people with mediation obstacles (how (Hard) impediment and has far-reaching contacts with employers in the Netherlands (in particular of the region of Twente and Achterhoek). Activa has more than 20 years of experience with the company of work searching and has a big expert's assessment with the activation, company and mediation of people who have big to very big distance to the job market (as for example (Hard) Hindered). Activa is also multi-layered active on the regional, national and international (work) market.
Activa offers to employers a high degree of Vermittelbarkeit of customers who claim a state support and got to the employers certified staff as well as a Humnan Resources corresponding to the aim management instrument. Activa helps her customers in the search for a job and with it in the performance of a very big contribution for the society. Activa develops innovative programmes which refer to activation, participation, self-help and employment-finding.
