Die Durchführung der Mobilitätsmaßnahme ist in dem kommunalen Jobcenter "Kreisagentur für Beschäftigung Darmstadt-Dieburg" verortet.
Die Zielgruppen sind:
Es ist vorgesehen, dass sich die Teilnehmer/innen 10 Wochen im Ausland aufhalten. Innerhalb der ersten 2 Wochen findet im Gastland eine intensive Vorbereitung auf die jeweils geplanten Praktikumsstellen statt. Parallel wird ein Sprachkurs durchgeführt. Danach schließt sich eine Praktikumsphase bei Betrieben des ersten Arbeitsmarktes für 8 Wochen an. Aufgrund der behinderungsbedingten Besonderheiten und Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer/innen sind zwei Betreuer vom Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft (nationaler Partner) während des Projektes im Ausland vor Ort. Die Teilnehmer/innen werden in ihren Praktikumsbetrieben besucht und eventuelle Probleme werden durch Mitarbeiter/innen des transnationalen Partners moderiert und gelöst.
Es sind drei Expertenaustausche nach Deutschland und drei Studienbesuche ins Ausland vorgesehen :

2014: 3. Expertenaustausch in Deutschland "Nachhaltigkeit".
Die Zielgruppen sind:
- Arbeitslose Jugendliche, die lernbehindert sind und ggf. lediglich ein Abgangszeugnis der Schule für Lernhilfe haben. Junge Menschen, die von seelischer Behinderung bedroht sind sowie junge schwerbehinderte Menschen an der Schnittstelle Schule/Ausbildung
- Junge arbeitslose Erwachsene nach beruflicher Erstausbildung, die von Behinderung bedroht sind, Menschen mit Behinderung, Menschen mit Schwerbehinderung und Rehabilitanden.
