IMBA - Integration von Menschen mit Behinderungen in die Arbeitswelt (1)

Beschreibung / Inhalte

Die bisherigen Ergebnisse des Vorhabens IMBA wurden in Form eines Handbuchs als Loseblattsammlung nebst Arbeitsmaterialien vorgelegt, außerdem als ein EDV-Programm zur praktischen Anwendung des Verfahrens. Das Verfahren erlaubt die Analyse der Anforderungen aller Arten von Arbeitsplätzen und die Beschreibung der tätigkeitsbezogenen Fähigkeiten von Behinderten nahezu aller Behinderungsgruppen. Der Vergleich von Arbeitsplätzen und den Fähigkeitsprofilen Behinderter ermöglicht eine gezielte Arbeitsplatzfindung sowie eine Ermittlung des Handlungsbedarfs für den Einzelfall, beispielsweise Arbeitsplatzanpassungen oder Bildungsmaßnahmen.

Die effektive Einführung des Verfahrens in Betriebe und Rehabilitationseinrichtungen erfordert die Schulung von Anwendern in funktioneller Diagnostik und der Bewertung verfahrensspezifischer Anforderungen. Daraus ergaben sich noch folgende Aufgaben:

Einführung des Verfahrens IMBA in interessierten Betrieben und Einrichtungen beruflicher und medizinischer Rehabilitation,
Fortentwicklung vorhandener Schulungsteilkonzeptionen und Schulungsmaterialien für die Gesamtanwendung sowie die jeweils anwenderspezifische Nutzung von IMBA und Schulung von Anwendern,
kontinuierliche Auswertung der Erfahrung von Anwendern zur weiteren Optimierung des Verfahrens,
Fortentwicklung der EDV-gestützten Anwendungsversion zu einem Expertensystem und Verknüpfung mit der Datenbank REHADAT.

Integration of people with disabilities into work

The results so far of this intention IMBA will be known until the end of 1996 in form of a handbook as a collection of papers among work documents. Besides also as a EDV-program for a practical application of this assessment. The application allows to analyse requirements to all kinds of workplaces and the description of abilities recording work places of people with disabilities almost of all groups. The comparison of workplaces and ability profiles of disabled people enables a specific discovering of requirements as well as a inquiry of needs of acting in each individual case, for example by adaption of the task or educational measures.

The actual introduction of the assessment into plants and rehabilitation facilities requires training of applicants in functional diagnostic and valuation of special requirements. This leads to following tasks:

* introduction of the assessment IMBA in interested firms and facilities of vocational and medical rehabilitation
* further development of present concepts of training and its materials for the whole application as well as utilization of IMBA and training of applicants
* continous evaluation of experiancies of applicants for optimizing the method
* further development of the EDV-version to an expert system and close connection to the database REHADAT.
