Integration of people with disabilities into the working world (IMBA): user training and further development of the computer-supported version
is a universal procedure for investigating and comparing workplace demands and human abilities developed with resources from equalisation taxes. IMBA
offers the user work material which helps to compare workplace demands and human abilities with each other and to expose the relevant needs of action. The continuation of this project is particularly concerned with
- the introduction of IMBA
in different areas of rehabilitation and the associated system care and quality assurance and
- the user-oriented, continuous further development as a necessary measure for the use of the procedure.
